Outreach For All

Let Us Bring the New Forest to You

The Education Team at the New Forest Centre are happy to bring a little bit of the Forest to you.  These outreach sessions are suitable for all ages.  They are lively and interactive using a variety of resources including photographs, maps, museum artefacts and games. We make use of PowerPoint when providing talks and presentations and cover many topic areas.  Prices for the sessions can be found on the Group Visit Prices page.

Our schools outreach sessions can be tailored to suit the topic or curriculum area being covered, the children's ages and abilities and the school environment.
Our Education Officers can run sessions including:

"Thank you again for giving us such an interesting evening.  I and my colleagues knew something about commoning in the Forest but had no idea of what it entailed or the number of people involved.  We certainly had our eyes opened for us."  May 2011
