The New Forest Centre is open 7 days a week from 10.00am - 5.00pm.
Last entry to the New Forest Museum is 4.00pm daily.
Admission Prices to New Forest Museum Complex
- Standard Ticket £4.00
- Concessions Ticket £3.00 (seniors, students etc.)
- Accompanied under 16s FREE
- Friends Membership £12 (£10 by Standing Order) allows 12 months unlimited admission to the Museum Complex
The Museum Complex consists of:
- the New Forest Museum. Last entry 4.00pm daily.
- The Christopher Tower New Forest Reference Library which is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10.00am until 4.30pm. Please call in or contact us in advance of your visit to ensure that the Librarian is available.

Free Access
The New Forest 9th Centenary Trust, the charity that owns the New Forest Centre, offers you FREE access to the following areas:
- the New Forest Gallery which hosts our programme of Special Exhibitions
- the New Forest Centre Gift Shop
- the Visitor Information Centre, operated by New Forest District Council
Please note that the Gift Shop, Museum and Library close only for stocktake (31 January from 1pm and 1 February) and for the Christmas holiday period (24 December from 2pm, 25 December and 26 December)
