Visit the New Forest Centre
Groups are welcome to make use of the facilities and experiences that the New Forest Centre has to offer. Our education staff can provide a range of sessions tailored to the interests and needs of your group.
As with the under 16 year old age groups you can choose between a selection of half day sessions or illustrated talks. We are happy to adapt any of our sessions to meet the needs of you and your group.
Please note: half day sessions include a visit to the Museum gallery. Illustrated talks require Museum entrance to be paid separately at normal Museum admission prices. Prices for all the sessions can be found on the Group Visit Prices page.
If you wish to bring your group to the centre for a Self Guided visit then allow for about an hour to wander through the Museum which is full of fascinating facts and displays illustrating the history, wildlife and management of the New Forest. Normal Museum admission charges apply.
For all our sessions we recommend that group leaders make a free planning and risk assessment visit where the exact requirements for your group can be discussed.
