The New Forest National Park Boundary: seeing landscape differently
Saturday 8 June to Sunday 14 July 2013
The New Forest National Park could be seen to signify an artificial ‘barricade of beauty’ creating a division between the ‘scenic’ and the ‘non-scenic’ landscape.
In exploring this division, Ken Marsden’s work, questions ring fenced categories of landscape and invites the viewer to engage with the extraordinariness of the ‘ordinary’ unclassified landscape.
