This impressive collection of photographs by local photographer, Catherine Ovenden, will take you on a visual journey through the seasonal landscapes of the New Forest National Park.
Catherine loves the New Forest and is passionate about using photography as ecotherapy. Ecotherapy is based on the theory that nature heals. It is a technique which helps a person to connect to the natural world in the present moment, and is an effective way to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. This exhibition represents Catherine's own journey (using photography as ecotherapy) and documents the beauty of our National Park, as it moves through the different seasons of the year.
