Workshop: Top 10 Herbs for the Medicine Cupboard

The plants which grow around us provide a wonderful medicine chest.
This hands on talk and demonstration will teach you about essential herbs to keep at home for treating common ailments.
We will look at making simple preparations such as elderberry and elderflower cordial, calendula macerated oil, lemon balm tincture and herbal baths.
You will also have recipes to take home.
