Bringing places to life

New Forest on Film Evening

Wednesday 19 September 2012

NF Festival

New Forest Festival and New Forest on Film present an evening of archival film with Dr Manuel Hinge at the Lyndhurst Community Centre on Wednesday 19 September.

Focusing on the social history of the area, the evening will take a broad look at life in the New Forest over the past few decades, including royal visits to the area.

Dr Manuel Hinge, a well known and local filmmaker, has put together footage of a mix of local scenes and events that are sure to bring back memories to some and to invoke a sense of nostalgia in others.
